Dip any fresh veggies in Satay sauce and it becomes magically delicious and nutritious. This dish is rich in healthy fats from coconut milk and peanut sauce.
- 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter (unsalted and no sugar)
- 1 can coconut milk (best if fresh)
- 2 Tbsp Coco sugar
- 2 Tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- Salt and Pepper
- Heat pan, saute chopped onions, add coconut milk, peanut butter, soy sauce, coconut sugar, salt and pepper.
- Cut the veggies in strips, and fry tofu. Cut in strips 🙂
