Veggie Sticks in Satay Sauce

Dip any fresh veggies in Satay sauce and it becomes magically delicious and nutritious. This dish is rich in healthy fats from coconut milk and peanut sauce.


  • Tofu
  • Carrots
  • Cucumber
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter (unsalted and no sugar)
  • 1 can coconut milk (best if fresh)
  • 2 Tbsp Coco sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Onion


  1. Heat pan, saute chopped onions, add coconut milk, peanut butter, soy sauce, coconut sugar, salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the veggies in strips, and fry tofu. Cut in strips 🙂
