- Tofu cubes
- Fresh Tomatoes
- Tomato Sauce
- Chinese Oregano
- Vegan Cashew Cheese
- Fry tofu and set aside. Then fry squash and egpplant and set aside.
- Saute onion, garlic, then add tomatoes. Add the tofu, eggplant and squash.
- Add tomato sauce, oregano, basil, and olives.
- Dash of Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle cashew vegan cheese.
