Healthy Tofu, Greens in Herbs
Everything you see here is freshly harvested from a farm here in Philippines. It’s quick, easy, and very affordable too!
Ingredients:
- Tofu
- Spinach
- Malunggay
- Basil
- Eggplant
- Tomatoes
- Herbs – marjoram, thyme, rosemary, sage, oregano, basil.
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
- Fry eggplant and tofu in herbs
- Boil greens and add olive oil, kikkoman sauce, herbs and lemon
- Add tomatoes
- Dash with salt and pepper to taste 🙂
