Scrambled Tofu in Turmeric and Curry

A simple and yet very powerful breakfast for those on the go. Tofu as source of protein and turmeric is an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant and may also help improve symptoms of depression and arthritis.


  • Tofu
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Tomatoes
  • Red Bell Pepper
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Curry Powder
  • Salt and Pepper


  1. Saute’ onion, garlic and onion
  2. Mash the tofu until it becomes scrambled look. Add to the pan.
  3. Add bell pepper, and dash of turmeric powder, curry powder, salt and pepper
  4. Enjoy 🙂
